Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled in time, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns (if applicable)
Customers can request a return within 60 days of receiving their order. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
Certain items may not be eligible for return if used, damaged, or missing parts or packaging. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will only be charged once for shipping, including returns. No restocking fees will be applied.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take time
